 ମାଗଣା ଖାଇବା ବେଶ୍ ଆରାମ୍ ଲାଗେ । ତାପରେ ଅଭ୍ୟାସରେ ପରିଣତ ହୋଇଯାଏ । ମାଗଣା ପଇସା ମିଳିଲେ କେହି ଖଟିବାକୁ ଯିବେନି । ସେହି ମାଗଣା ପଇସାରେ ବିଡ଼ି, ଗୁଟୁଖା ଖାଇବେ । ପରେ ମଦ ପିଇବେ । ଆଉ କିଛି ଦିନ ପରେ ଡ୍ରଗ୍ ଶୁଙ୍ଘିବେ । ଆଜି ନହେଲେ କାଲି ଏ ମାଗଣା ଧନ୍ଦା ବନ୍ଦ ହୋଇଯିବ । ସେତେବେଳେ କଣ ହେବ କେହି ଚିନ୍ତା କରିଛନ୍ତି ?

ସରକାର କେତେ ଦିନ ଏମିତି ମାଗଣା ଦେବେ ? ସବୁ କାମ ଅଧାପନ୍ତରିଆ ହୋଇ ପଡ଼ି ରହିଛି । ବିକାଶ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଆଗକୁ ବଢ଼ୁନି । ତେଣୁ ଆଜି ନହେଲେ କାଲି ମାଗଣା ବନ୍ଦ ହେବ ।  ଯେତେବେଳେ ମାଗଣା ବନ୍ଦ ହୋଇଯିବ, ଏ ମାଗଣାଖିଆ ଶରୀରରେ ଦି ପଇସା ରୋଜଗାର କରିବାର କ୍ଷମତା ନଥିବ । ସେତେବେଳେ ମଦ, ଗଞ୍ଜେଇ, ଡ୍ରଗ୍ସ୍ ନେଇ ବୁଢ଼ାଠୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ଛୋଟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଗୋଟେ ଗୋଟେ ଅଳସୁଆ ଓ ନିଶାଖୋର ପାଲଟି ଯାଇଥିବେ ।

ଏମିତି ଏକ ରାଜନୈତିକ ପୃଷ୍ଠଭୂମିରେ ରଚନା କରାଯାଇଛି ନାଟକ "ସକାଳ ଆସିବ" । ପୁରା ପଢ଼ିବା ପାଇଁ ଆପଣ ଆମର ଇ ବୁକ୍ କିମ୍ବା ବହିଟି ସୁଲଭ ମୂଲ୍ୟରେ କିଣିପାରିବେ ।

“Free food feels quite comforting. Eventually, it becomes a habit. If people receive free money, no one will be inclined to work. They will use that free money to buy cigarettes and gutkha. Later, they will drink alcohol. After some time, they will start using drugs. If not today, then tomorrow, this free distribution will stop. Has anyone thought about what will happen then? How long will the government continue to provide freebies?

All work remains incomplete. Development activities are not progressing. Therefore, if not today, then tomorrow, the freebies will end. When that happens, these people accustomed to free benefits will no longer have the capacity to earn money. At that point, from the elderly to the young, everyone will have turned into lazy individuals and addicts, indulging in alcohol, marijuana, and drugs.
