ନିଜ କଥା

କେଜାଣି କେମିତି କବିତା ଲେଖିବାର ଇଚ୍ଛାଟି ସ୍ୱତଃସ୍ଫୁର୍ତ୍ତ ଭାବରେ ଅନ୍ତରରୁ ଅଙ୍କୁରିତ ହେଲା, ତାହା ମୁଁ ଆଜିଯାଏଁ ସଠିକ୍ ଭାବରେ ଜାଣିନି । ପାଠପଢା ସମୟରେ କବିତା ଲେଖା ପ୍ରତି ଆକର୍ଷଣ ମୋ କଲମ ମୁନକୁ ଗତିଶୀଳ କରି ଚାଲିଲା । ବେଶ୍ କିଛି ବର୍ଷ ଖୁବ୍ ଆଗ୍ରହରେ ଲେଖି ଚାଲିଲି । ମୋର ସ୍କୁଲ୍ ଦିନର ଅନ୍ତରଙ୍ଗ ସାଙ୍ଗ କୁନୁ ବି ଲେଖୁଥିଲା । ସେ ଏବେ ବି ତାର ଲେଖା ଚାଲୁ ରଖିଛି । ମୋ କବିତାଗୁଡିକୁ ଏକାଠି କରି ପୁସ୍ତକ ରୂପ ଦେବା ଏବଂ ଜଞ୍ଜାଳ ଭିତରେ ବୁଡି ରହି ଧିମେଇ ଯାଇଥିବା ମୋ କଲମ ମୁନକୁ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ଚଳାୟମାନ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ମୁଁ କି ଭାଷାରେ ତାକୁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଦେବି ଜାଣିପାରୁନି । ସ୍ୱରଚନା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ସାହିତ୍ୟ ଜଗତକୁ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ କରିବାର ତାର ଏହି ପ୍ରୟାସ ସଫଳ ହେଉ ତଥା ଲାବଣ୍ୟବତୀ ପ୍ରକାଶନି ସମାଜର ପଥଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟ ଅଂଶଟିକୁ ମାର୍ଗଦର୍ଶନ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଯେଉଁ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଇଛି, ସେଥିରେ ସଫଳ ହେଉ । ଏହା ହିଁ କାମନା । ଲାବଣ୍ୟବତୀ ପ୍ରକାଶନି ନିକଟରେ କୃତଜ୍ଞତାର ସହ ।

My Story

I do not quite know how or when the desire to write poetry sprouted so spontaneously from within me. But during my student days, the attraction toward poetry began to stir something in me, compelling my pen to move with purpose.

For several years, I wrote with much enthusiasm. One of my close friends from school, Kunu, also used to write. She still continues her writing even today.

I cannot express in words how grateful I am to her—for encouraging me to compile my poems into a book and for rekindling my long-dormant poetic spirit that had been buried under life's clutter.

May her efforts to enrich the world of literature through her own creations be successful, and may Labanyabatee Prakashani, in its initiative to guide a society straying from its path, achieve its goals. This is my heartfelt wish.
