 କାହାକୁ କହିବି ? ଏଠି ଆମର କଥା ଶୁଣିବାକୁ କିଏ ଅଛି ? ଯେତେ କାମ କର, କେହି ସାବାସି ଦେବେନି । ଦିନେ ରହିଗଲେ, ଦରମା କାଟିବେ । ତାଙ୍କର ବର୍ଷୁକୁ ବର୍ଷ ଦରମା ବଢ଼ିବ । ଯେତେବେଳେ ମନ, ସେତେବେଳେ ଛୁଟି । ଆମେ ପରା ଗରିବ । ଆମ କଥା କିଏ କାହିଁକି ଶୁଣିବ ?

ଯୋଉଠି ମନ ମିଳିଲା, ତିଥି କଣ ଦରକାର ?

କାହାକୁ କହିବେନି ଆଜ୍ଞା । ଆପଣଙ୍କ ସମୁଦୁଣୀ କହୁଥିଲେ, “ମୋ  ସମୁଦୀ ରଜା ଲୋକ । ବୁଝିଲୁ । ଖାଲି ତାଙ୍କୁ ଟିକିଏ ଚିଡ଼େଇବାକୁ ମୁଁ ୟାଡ଼ୁ ସ୍ୟାଡ଼ୁ କହିଦିଏନା ।” 

ଆକ୍ଚୁଆଲି ମାଳ, ଆମ ସମୁଦୁଣୀ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ରାଣୀ ଭଳିଆ । ଦେଖୁନୁ ତାଙ୍କ ଚେହେରା । ଏବେ ବି କେମିତି ଗ୍ଲେଜ୍ ବାହାରୁଛି । ଆରେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ମୁଁ ବହୁତ ଆଗରୁ ଜାଣେ ।

ନାଟକ ଆଗକୁ କେଉଁ ମୋଡ଼ ନେଉଛି ଜାଣିବା ପାଇଁ ପଢ଼ନ୍ତୁ ମାଳତୀ ମାଟ୍ରିମୋନି ।
