କବିତା ବିଷୟରେ କିଛି...

ଦିବଙ୍ଗତ କଳାକାର ଅକ୍ଷୟ ମହାନ୍ତିଙ୍କ ଧାଡ଼ିଟିଏ ମନେ ପଡ଼େ, ଯାହାର ଅର୍ଥ ଥିଲା, “ଆତ୍ମାକୁ ସେତିକି ନ ବାଧିଲେ କହିବାକୁ କିଏ ଯାଉଥିଲା?” ସେମିତି ଯେଉଁ କବିତା ସବୁ ହୃଦୟକୁ ଛୁଇଁଯାଏ ମୋତେ ଲାଗେ ତାହା ବି ଆତ୍ମାରୁ ହିଁ ନିଃସୃତ ହୋଇଛି l ଯେମିତି କି କବି ପ୍ରମୋଦ କୁମାର ଜେନାଙ୍କ କବିତା ସଙ୍କଳନ ‘ବାପା ମୁଁ ଭଲରେ ଅଛି’ର କବିତା ସବୁ l କୋଉଠି ଆତ୍ମାର କରୁଣ ସ୍ୱର ତ କୋଉଠି ବ୍ୟଙ୍ଗର ଛିଟା l ଗୋଟିଏ କବିତା ଲୁହ ଆଣିଦିଏ ତ ଗୋଟିଏ କବିତା ହୃଦୟକୁ କ୍ଷତବିକ୍ଷତ କରିଦିଏ l ପୁଣି ଆଉ କେଉଁ କବିତା ରକ୍ତରେ ଆଣିଦିଏ ନୂତନ ଉନ୍ମାଦନା, ମନରେ ଆଣିଦିଏ ନବୀନ ଉଲ୍ଲାସ ଓ ଭରପୁର ଚେତନା l ମୁଁ ଯଦି ସବୁ କହିଦେବି ହୁଏତ ପାଠକଟିଏ କବିତା ସବୁକୁ ଉପଭୋଗ କରିପାରିବନି l ତେବେ ଏତିକି କହିବି ମାନବୀୟ ଚେତନା, ମାନବୀୟ ଅଭାବବୋଧକୁ ତଥା ସମାଜରେ ରହିଥିବା କିଛି ବିକଳାଙ୍ଗ ଚିତ୍ରକୁ ନିଖୁଣ ଭାବରେ ଫୁଟେଇଛନ୍ତି କବି ସମସ୍ତ କବିତାରେ l

Something about poetry...
I’m reminded of a line from the late artist Akshaya Mohanty, which meant, “Who would have gone to speak had the soul not been burdened?” Similarly, I feel that the poems which truly touch the heart must have emerged from the depths of the soul. Like the poems in the collection "Bapa Mu Bhalare Achhi" by poet Pramod Kumar Jena.

In some, there's a sorrowful resonance of the soul; in others, a sprinkle of satire. One poem brings tears, another wounds the heart. Yet another stirs fresh fervor in the blood, awakens a renewed joy and a sense of vibrant awareness in the mind.

If I say everything, perhaps the reader won’t be able to fully experience the poems. So I will only say this — the poet has beautifully portrayed human consciousness, the sense of human lack, and some distorted images present in society through every poem.
